Land Ownership – All right, title and interest in the land that makes up Cedar Hills Pet Cemetery is held solely by this corporation. There are no leases, liens or encumbrances against our land whatsoever that could jeopardize the interests of our plot-holders.
The Perpetual Care Trust Fund which is included in the purchase of each burial plot at Cedar Hills ensures the future care and preservation of the Cemetery in perpetuity.
Do you bury only dogs and cats at Cedar Hills?
No. Although dogs and cats are the most prevalent species of animals attended to at Cedar Hills, other pets, including birds, reptiles, guinea pigs and even a wolf, are among those represented. Regardless of the species, the common thread is that all were special and loved.
Am I permitted to observe the burial?
Yes. We encourage pet’s families to be present for their pet’s burial, as we believe the viewing and funeral service is an integral step in the grieving and healing process.
Can the facility handle large breed dogs as well as small farm animals?
Yes. Up to 300 lbs.
