Should I choose cremation or burial?
When making this decision there are many factors to consider. Consideration of your living situation, personal and religious values, as well as plans for the future can help you determine whether cremation or burial of your pet is the right choice for you and your family. Because Cedar Hills offers only services of the utmost dignity, there is no wrong choice.
Through Traditional Burial we have personally witnessed families encounter priceless closure and healing experiences through the tangible nature of traditional Viewing and Funeral services. For others, the versatility cremation provides best suits their needs. You may choose to bury your pet’s cremated remains, scatter them, or keep them nearby in a meaningful urn. No matter what you decide, Cedar Hills can meet your needs.

What do I do when my pet dies?
Some people leave post-care decisions for their pets to their veterinarian and/or friends. Unfortunately, those people may never understand what happens to their pet. We strongly encourage you to know about the alternatives available to you.
Cedar Hills works with hundreds of veterinarian clinics across the state. You may instruct your clinic to call us, you may call us direct, or if you have already made Advanced Planning Arrangements through Cedar Hills, both your veterinarian and Cedar Hills will know exactly which tribute you prefer, and will ensure every detail is cared for as you wish. Once we receive the call from you or your veterinarian, we will pick up your pet, and bring them back to our facility.
