Funerals & Viewing
The funeral is tailored to meet your specifications. Usually at Cedar Hills, families choose to spend a few final quiet moments together with their pet in our comfortable and relaxed private viewing room. Although viewing is not required, for many it is an intricate part of the healing process.
At the gravesite the casket is lowered, and you are offered a symbolic first shovel of dirt. The burial is then completed by our staff.
Just like pre-need planning is important for your family, we strongly encourage a pre-need plan for your pets. Having all of the details planned out beforehand eases both the emotional and financial burden when the time comes. Pre-planning also delivers the added benefit of allowing you to prepay cemetery costs at today’s prices.
